  Decent place for take out, they don't deliver. They have a wide variety of Chinese food. Don't expect the authentic dishes you'll get in Chinatown in New York, as they definitely cater towards their general customers. However, the food is solid, service is great and quick, and they have plenty of seating. The restaurant is also super clean and organized, which you don't see often in Chinese take outs.
  
  They have a huge selection of $6.55 lunch specials Monday to Saturday from 11-3pm that come with rice and soup.

  I was shocked at how awful my chicken with cashews was.  I don't think I've ever had inedible chinese food before, but the flavor was literally that of dish water.   I actually threw it out.

  This is the only chinese restaurant within walking distance and it is super close walking distance so I really wanted them to have decent pork fried rice like most places. (I love pork fried rice) unfortunately they are one of the few places that does fried rice all wrong. They actually just steam the rice as in typical generic  white rice them cook the pork/food separately in a limited portion of its most basic sauce. The end result is a completely bland and flavorless fried rice instead of most places that sauté in oil so the rice gets flavor.  I absolute hate their method. Additionally, I trie their general tsao's chicken and it was so overcooked it was dryer then a desert. However, the pork lo mein is pretty good and their soups are decent. The egg drop soup is cool because it has pork in it and they seam fast and friendly enough ti warrant at least a few stars. They broke my heart with their atrocious rice though. I hole they fix that.

  Ordered chicken teriyaki expecting it to be like normal Chinese places, it was fatty burnt chicken on a stick, tasted good but it was so high in fat it was gross to eat and it was black from being charred. Also got chicken lo mein that had almost no chicken or vegetables was just all big slimy noodles. You can get better Chinese down the street at shoprite

  So originally I gave this restaurant a good review but unfortunately shortly after writing that review my opinion has changed drastically and if I could give them no stars I would. So a few days after writing this review I went back there to grab some dinner for my husband and I. Well the next morning  we both  were sick to are stomachs and we did not know why. Then a couple of weeks go by and we go back to this restaurant for dinner because we love Chinese food. I always order the shrimp fried rice with a shrimp egg roll and some egg drop soup. My husband orders all kinds of stuff but mostly anything with pork he orders. So we get are food we take it home and eat and I swear in everything that we both got sick again. Then it dawned on me, I looked at my husband and said "you do realize both times we have gotten sick that we ate at August moon?" His reply was yes but it has never done that until the last two times and I agreed. We were only sick for a day. So a couple days go by and I wanted more Chinese  so I look at my husband and tell him I want some but I am scared we will get sick again. I said maybe it was not the Chinese and we just thought it was because we had happened to eat from August moon both times. I told him to lets give it another chance just in case it was not the chinese, so we did.  I ordered my usual order and my husband got the same thing as me expect his was all pork. Ok so after eating a few hours go by and my husband gets a upset stomach and  I start to as well.  I look at him and say "yeap it is definitely because of the Chinese food" and I am mad because I loved that restaurant and it is right next door to my house. Now I start looking at my rice really good and I am telling my husband " I do not understand why it is getting us sick". Well then I start looking at the shrimp real good and when I seen what I did I got so pissed. My shrimp had not been deveined and the poop from the shrimp and all was still in there. I was disgusted. Not only was I pissed but I threw up in disgust as well. Any restaurant that sales shrimp cannot sell a customer shrimp that is not deveined and the only way I see them being able to is by mentioning that on the menu. All my life I have ate at Chinese restaurants and never once have I ever had this happen. I could not believe they sold me that and that is probably what was getting me sick. So we check my husband's pork and they put some type of red stuff on the pork so it makes it hard to tell if it has been fully cooked so I grabbed a piece and wash everything off of it just to see the pork is not cooked all the way which made me even madder. So I get a baggy and I put all the shrimp and stuff in it and I took it to August moon to show them. Well there is this one lady who is rude when she has to fix stuff or whatever and I showed her what was in my rice. I demanded my money back as she is just looking at me like I am stupid and tells me she is not refunding it. I look at her and tell her I want to speak with the manager right now and at first she told me no until I started yelling and saying that you cannot sale people this and I am contacting someone over this because we have gotten sick over it. So she finally grabs some lady in the back and I am showing the lady the shrimp and stuff. She not once debated with me and she automatically refunded me my money because she knew that it was not ok to put that in the food etc. I swore to myself I would not go back. Well a month goes by and I am really craving Chinese and I did not want to drive all the way to Bridgewater. So August moon crosses my mind but after what happened the last time I did not want to go but I said to myself "well if I order just soup and a couple of vegetable egg rolls I should be fine. So like a dummy I do it even tho I shouldn't of. Well I get my food and I am so scared to eat it but I kept telling myself "this has no type of meat/seafood in it so you will be fine"  and I was. I did not get sick but more happened. It will not let write more tho so I might have to write another review.
